Model Villas open to the public in May 5, 2007. Saturday May 5th and Sunday May 6th 2007 we will have our Grand Opening. Two Model Villas  will be revealed completely equipped and decorated. People interested in reserving a unit will have the chance to walk thru the project and villas.

Every Villa offers a very flexible floor plan that gives you a bedroom opening to the living and dining area excellent to entertain friends and family. That bedroom can be used as guest, studio, home theater or all of the above.

The Penthouse Villa is beautiful and elegant. It is a wonderful three Bedroom Villa with double height ceilings, a large family room mezzanine and terrace in the second floor with spectacular panoramic and sunset views.

Delivery for the first two buildings in Bay View Villas should start in April 2007. Few units in Bay View Villas available! Crashboat View Villas opened sales already. Sunset View Villas are fully sold.
